Bastia mounted an impressive defensive display to deny LOSC Lille as the Corsicans battled to secure a 0-0 draw in the north of France. Lille dominated the proceedings but they were let down in front of goal; of their 15 shots just one was on target and that was easily dealt with by Landry Bonnefoi in the bastia goal. Bastia for their part rarely threatened and Lille will regret their lack of cutting edge in the final third.
